Don’t follow your passions, follow your effort.

Follow Your Effort

“Don’t follow your passions, follow your effort. It will lead you to your passions and to success, however you define it.”

-Mark Cuban

I’m often asked if I “enjoy” creating so much content.

To me, that is a silly question for the exact reason that Mark Cuban states above: no one ever wakes up and says, “Aha! I know! I’m going to create financial modeling videos just for fun! It’s my passion!”

It’s a gradual process, and the only way to find what you’re “passionate about” is to put in a ton of effort and see what sticks.

You ve got to lose part of your sanity to get pro at sth.

Just read an article from Brian of BIWS. He practically have worked double the time in one year nonstop on the web site. Thats how he got the web site on with loads of courses.

Think its true. You got to be a bit crazy if you want to fall in love with sth. The question is how much are you willing to give up? Giving up too much will kill you before you get to your goal. Ppl will think you re crazy if you re too keen on sth. You will scare ppl away.

This should be sth to balance. (Work vs. Life?)

Ok. First post.

Been too long since i have recorded my thoughts, thoughts that are random or serious. I guess it s a good idea to have a place for my thoughts to sediment anyway. Afraid that my brain would have nothing left if i dont type sth down now.

The thought of building a new blog has been in my head for some time. This blog was created in an insomina night. Glad that i ve finally act. Hope it will stay on.
